“The Latin Choreographers Festival 2012”
5th Anniversary
Call for all choreographers
Founded in 2008 by Dancer and Choreographer Ursula Verduzco.
We are proud to have been in the forefront by creating the first annual Latin Choreographers Festival in NY dedicated to empower our community.
The Latin Choreographers Festival has the mission to present and showcase in NYC the work of talented and innovative Latin choreographers through an environment where the general public, the International Dance Community and the Latin Community can feel welcomed and empowered.
As part of our 5th Anniversary celebration The Latin Choreographers Festival is excited to also give the opportunity to three non-Latin choreographers or Companies
to be presented as guests in
our Festival.
Through concert dance and the styles of Contemporary Ballet, Modern Dance and Contemporary Dance, choreographers will be able to show their work to an audience that will benefit from the experience of seeing different kinds of work and points of view from artists of various Latin backgrounds.
This up-and-coming dance festival is celebrating its 5th Anniversary, proudly presenting the work of established, rising and new talented choreographers form NYC and abroad.
